Coffee Punch

About this Recipe

I make this punch at least once every year for my “Holiday Cookie Exchange Party” at Christmas. It’s always a “crowd pleaser”!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 quart brewed vanilla-flavored or regular-flavored coffee, cooled
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 gallon coffee or vanilla ice cream, softened
  • ground cinnamon

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a large container, combine the coffee, milk and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2

Spoon ice cream into a punch bowl; pour coffee mixture over the top.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Step 4

NOTE: You can feel free to change the flavors of the coffee and the ice cream to suit your specific tastes. Ex. Hazelnut, Caramel, Vanilla would all be great. You can also add flavoring syrups to intesify the flavor too.
