AeroPress
The AeroPress is a cylindrical coffeemaker with a plunger that presses water through the ground coffee. This brewing system launched in 2005 and quickly became popular with coffee lovers across the world for its portable design and ease of use.
Chemex
The Chemex is still a very popular brewing apparatus among coffee aficionados. Its beautiful and unique design has endured, unchanged (wood handle, leather cord, tapered glass and all), since its invention in 1941 by Peter Schlumbohm.
Espresso
Brewing a great cup of Espresso takes precision, the right coffee, the right equipment and the right mindset. You need to follow the rules on this one as it can be very complex and elaborate. This is not the method for a “quick” cup of morning coffee before work.
Cold Brew
Cold brew coffee offers a consistency that coffee poured over ice does not. Because it’s steeped for such a long period of time (up to 24 hours), its flavor is defined by coarse grinds’ exposure to cold water and the length of exposure, more so than the blend of the coffee itself.
French Press
French Press Coffee is one of the easiest, least expensive ways to make a gourmet cup of coffee at home. Easy to brew and super consistent, the French Press is very reliable. Its classic and well-engineered design hasn’t changed much since its invention in 1929.
Moka Pot
The Moka Pot was invented in 1933 in Italy by Italian Engineer Alfonso Bialetti and it is a stovetop espresso maker. It consists of a round aluminum pot with a tube on one end and a filter on the other end. The Moka Pot was created as an affordable device for people to make their own coffee at home.
Pour Over
The Pour Over brewing method doesn’t take a lot of specialty equipment and is one of the quickest and easiest. However, it does take a little patience and consistency to learn the proper way to pour the water for a delicious cup of coffee.
Auto Drip
The Auto Drip brewing method is using your standard counter-top electric coffee maker. You just add coffee, filter, water, plug it in, turn it on and let it drip! This stand-by is great for that morning coffee or when you are pressed for time.

Our goal is to raise $7,000 over the next 12 months by providing delicious, fresh roasted to order, specialty grade coffee. We donate 15% of all coffee sales to Children’s Heart Charities.
