IN NO EVENT SHALL GroundBreakers Coffee CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM GroundBreakers Coffee, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU GroundBreakers Coffee CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnification
