About this Recipe

This punch is delicious, quick and easy to make for those festive Holiday parties and family gatherings.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 quart coffee ice cream
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 quart eggnog
  • 2 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur or strong brewed coffee
  • Frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Fresh nutmeg, grated

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Scoop ice cream into a punch bowl. Add eggnog, coffee, and liqueur stirring until ice cream slightly melts.

Step 2

Serve in glass mugs or place in Punch Bowl. Dollop with whipped topping; sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.

Step 3

NOTE: We used Kahlua Coffee Liqueur. Different flavors of ice cream and coffee can be used to suit your tastes… hazelnut, caramel, etc. You can add flavoring syrups to intensify the flavors also.
