Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick, 6 ounces each)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. In a large skillet, brown chops in olive oil on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half.
Step 3
Return pork chops to skillet. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Serve with sauce.
