Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick, 6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. In a large skillet, brown chops in olive oil on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half.

Step 3

Return pork chops to skillet. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Serve with sauce.
